Algorithmic Language Detection #

IMPORTANT
Google detects page language strictly from visible body prose.
- Google does not use code-level HTML attributes (such as <html lang="en">).

🛑 CAUTION
Never use IP sniffing or automatic geo-redirection for search crawlers.

If your web server intercepts incoming traffic and automatically redirects visitors based on IP address or Accept-Language headers, Googlebot will be permanently trapped on the US/English version. Your localized /de/, /ja/, or /pt-br/ subdirectories will never be crawled, indexed, or ranked.
